Radovan Kovačević, Advisor to the Serbian Member of Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated that the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been completely toppled, seeing as the Ambassador of BiH to the United Nations Sven Alkalaj refused to forward a note from the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija to the Security Council, which is a glaring example of a coup.

“Imagine if the ambassador of Serbia to the UN refused to forward a note from the Serbian Prime Minister or from the President of Serbia, or if the German ambassador refused to forward a note from the Chancellor. That would, naturally, be seen as a coup attempt and automatically lead to dismissal,” said Kovačević.

He stressed that the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferofić traveled to New York City without a coordinated statement from the Presidency, and that “the unfortunate false emperor Schmidt “The Little” stated there that respecting and insisting on the original Dayton Agreement is a violation of the Constitution of BiH”.

“It is the same as if someone were to say that respecting the Holy Scriptures, that is, the Bible, is a violation of the Christian religion,” said Kovačević to Pink television.

He emphasized that the Republic of Srpska will continue to insist on respecting the Dayton Agreement, and respecting Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina such as it was written.

“In that regard, the Republic of Srpska will continue to fight for constitutional order in BiH, for the constitutionally guaranteed rights which were forcibly denied to it, for the autonomy constitutionally guaranteed to it, and for a free Republic of Srpska within the Dayton-determined BiH. No foreign actors shall stop us in that. We wish for cooperation with everybody, but along with respecting the Constitution, instead of somebody telling us that respecting the Constitution is the same as violating it,” said Kovačević.

He also stated that the Republic of Srpska does not recognize Christian Schmidt as the High Representative, seeing as he has not cleared the required procedures and the United Nations Security Council has not ruled on it.

Kovačević said that, per the Dayton Agreement and the United Nations Security Council resolution, that UN body has a discussion on Bosnia and Herzegovina every six months, although the citizens of BiH wish for it to become stable and norma, and for the local politicians in BiH and people elected to their positions to decide on the fate of the citizens in BiH.

He said that Schmidt is not the High Representative, and that there had been a resolution for each High Representative preceding him, and they had to file a report every six months where they “were being untruthful at the expense of Serbs and only served the interests of one people in BiH, and the interest of achieving an unconstitutional and anti-Dayton centralization of BiH”.

Kovačević stressed that Schmidt went to New York yesterday based on a misuse of position and the fact that the United States chaired the UN Security Council this month.
