Milan Tegeltija, legal advisor to the Serbian Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik, urged all those who claim that the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH must be respected and all those who claim that Christian Schmidt is the legitimate High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially the administration of the Office of the High Representative, the Western embassies, and the politicians from the political Sarajevo, to answer one simple question.

“If they say that the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH must be respected, then what are we going to do with the Constitutional Court of BiH Decision AP-953-05-85074, unambiguously saying that the High Representative is appointed by decision of the United Nations Security Council, that he belongs to the UN staff, and that the Peace Implementation Council can only suggest a candidate, who must be confirmed by the UNSC!,” said Tegeltija.

Tegeltija asked whether they are going to respect that decision and position of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina or not.

“Because if it is the way the Constitutional Court of BiH says it is, then there is no dilemma as to whether Schmidt is a legitimate High Representative or not,” said Tegeltija, reported by RTRS.

As an addendum, Tegeltija cited two excerpts from this decision, clearly showing the findings of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“If there is no answer to this question, then it is insane to talk about the rule of the law in BiH, because it cannot be selective,” concluded Tegeltija.
