Orbán: Republic of Srpska May Count on Friendship and Support
Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán has thanked the Serbian Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik for congratulating him on his reelection to that position, and said that the Republic of Srpska may count on his friendship and support over the following years.
“On April 3, the citizens of Hungary have clearly supported a safe, free and strong Hungary, which proudly protects its culture and religious tradition. Based on that trust, the Government of Hungary will continue to maintain constructive peace. We will preserve the results accomplished so far, that is, we will do everything in the best interest of restoring a Europe based on Christian civilization and sovereign nations,” said Orbán, reported Tanjug.
He said that he is happy to see that the Serbian and Hungarian people share all of those values.
“I would like to reassure you, Mister President, that the Republic of Srpska may count on our friendship and support in the following years. I wish you good health and new successes as you carry out your entrusted duty,” said Orbán in the letter, which Dodik shared on his Twitter account.
Dodik wrote: “Thank you to Prime Minister Viktor Orbán for the support to the Republic of Srpska and the Serbian people”.
