The Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, told Srna today that foreign judges in the Constitutional Court of BiH make political, not constitutional, decisions, which is also visible through the decision to suspend the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices of Republika Srpska and the Law on Amendments of the Law on Republic Administration.

Dodik pointed out that Republika Srpska is very determined to defend its status, which he also said in Brussels, where he met today with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi.

“If someone thinks that decisions of the fake so-called high representative, Christian Schmidt, are a solution, then they risk radicalizing the situation in BiH. If they really want radicalization, they have Schmidt, they don’t need anyone else. He has radicalized enough and divided BiH,” Dodik concluded.

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspended today the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices of Republika Srpska and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Republic Administration.
