The Serbian Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik said that Christian Schmidt will not be writing history for the children in the Republic of Srpska, nor will Serbian children be taught anything that has not been cleared by the education bodies in Srpska.

Dodik said that over a million Serbs were killed the last time when the Germans were writing history in the Balkans, which directly affected the Serbian people.

“For that reason, I would recommend to Schmidt to not play around with the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If history is the teacher of life, then Schmidt ought to have studied the history from 80 years ago in order to understand the one from 27 years ago. And when he does, he ought to keep it to himself!,” Dodik wrote on his Twitter account.

Christian Schmidt has announced that he will be involved in the history curriculums in Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As a reminder, Christian Schmidt is a descendant of a Nazi, and over a million Serbs were killed during the Nazi occupation of Yugoslavia, both by the German Nazis and their local collaborators from the fascist Croatia.
