After the commemoration of the 27th anniversary of the suffering of Bosniaks in Srebrenica, Johann Satler wrote on his blog, among other things, that “after the inhumanity that had occurred in Srebrenica, it is understandable that words such as reconciliation ring hollow, or even insulting to the victims,” reported the Dnevni Avaz.

“The head of the European Union’s delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Johann Satler, said that “reconciliation is insulting to the victims”. Let me say it again: A representative of the European Union said that reconciliation would be insulting to the victims?! Well, this is truly horrifying, and I sincerely hope that there had been some sort of a mistake,” wrote Ana Brnabić on her Twitter account.
