“I am clearly saying that we are prepared to accept a constitutional and Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina, but we are not prepared to accept an unconstitutional and anti-Dayton one, and Srpska would leave such a Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said the Serbian Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik.

“We have studied that agreement carefully, and it is not favorable to us. We never wanted to be in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serbian national movement in the 90s was calling for an independent state,” Dodik pointed out.

He emphasized that the Republic of Srpska was founded on January 9, 1992.

“Even that day, the judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is, three Muslims and two foreigners, have decided to declare it unconstitutional. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that they are allowed to make decisions about that. I do not forget and I will not back down. Regardless of what anyone thinks about that, we will celebrate January 9,” said Dodik.
