Gabriel Escobar is arriving from Priština, where he had a meeting yesterday with the President and the Prime Minister of the provisional institutions in Priština, Vjosa Osmani and Albin Kurti.

Escobar’s visit is coming several days after Miroslav Lajčák, the European Union’s Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues, visited Belgrade and Priština.
