The President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić presided over a session of the National Security Council, after which he addressed the public.

“This morning, we listened to the requests of the representatives of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, who brought us up to speed on the problems they are facing, especially on the eve of the ultimatum concerning the seizure of licence plates and vehicles, when it comes to licence plates issued by Serbia. So far, a total of 18 individuals from Kosovo and Metohija have accepted the switch and did what they were asked to do. The threats from Priština that they will continue implementing the action are fully threatening to the stability, peace and survival of our people, said Vučić.
