“This is our policy. This is our decision. We have withstood plenty of pressure. I am told each day that failing to impose sanctions is causing a lot of damage to Serbia. We have not imposed sanctions, that is the decision of our state organs and it is a well thought out decision. It would not be good for us to impose sanctions, as we are aware what hypocrisy that would be. Serbia has shown itself to be strong enough and smart enough to withstand, to the horror and lament of all those who thought that they would find a reason to attack Serbia. I stubbornly insist on protecting the best interests of Serbia and our people,” said President Vučič.
